As a lifelong New Yorker, I've used more garages than I can count. From the luxury high-rise valet to the cramped midtown lot with a hand-written ticket, I've experienced every level of the parking industry — and the frustration that comes with it.
The same scene plays out thousands of times a day across the city: you call the garage, wait on hold, explain which car you need, hope they wrote it down, then stand around wondering when it'll appear. It's a system that hasn't changed in decades.
With over 25 years of building digital projects — and a decade running Orph Media, a Webby Award-winning digital agency serving luxury hospitality brands — I saw a clear opportunity. The technology to solve this problem already existed. It just hadn't been applied to garages yet.
Parkfetch was born from that insight: high-quality, productive software, scaled to our clients.
