3. SMS Messaging
Parkfetch is operated by Orph Labs AI, Inc. When you use Parkfetch via SMS or provide your phone number through our app, you may receive text messages related to your car retrieval requests, including confirmations, status updates, and ETA notifications.
SMS Opt-In Details
How to opt in: Text your car number and pickup time to your building's dedicated Parkfetch phone number to opt in and receive SMS messages. For example, text "Car 5 today at 2pm" to:

By sending a text message to this number, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Parkfetch (operated by Orph Labs AI, Inc.) related to your car retrieval requests.

- Message frequency varies based on your usage. Messages are only sent in direct response to your car retrieval requests.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages.

Consent to receive SMS is NOT required to use the Parkfetch service. You may request your car via phone call or in-person without opting in to text messages.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with:
- Building operators and garage staff: To fulfill your car retrieval requests.
- Service providers: Such as Twilio (SMS/voice), Supabase (data storage), and Vercel (hosting), solely to operate our service.

We do not share your mobile opt-in consent or phone number with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
