What is Parkfetch?
Parkfetch is an AI-powered car retrieval platform for luxury residential buildings, hotel valet services, and garage operators. Residents and guests text to request their car, and operators manage everything from a real-time dashboard.
How do I request my car?
Text your car number and pickup time to your building's dedicated Parkfetch phone number. For example: 'Car 5 today at 2pm' or just 'Car 5' for right now. You'll get an SMS confirmation.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Parkfetch works entirely via text message. No app download, no login, no WiFi needed. The optional iOS app adds one-tap requests and real-time tracking for residents who want it.
What if I need to cancel or change my request?
Text 'Cancel' or 'Cancel car 5' to cancel. Text 'Change to 4pm' or 'Move car 5 to tomorrow at 3pm' to change. You'll get a confirmation.

How much does Parkfetch cost?
$169 per month per building with a one-time $250 setup fee. This includes a dedicated phone number, unlimited residents and requests, the operator dashboard, iOS app, and team management. No contracts — cancel anytime.
How quickly can we go live?
Most buildings are live within 24 hours. We provision a dedicated phone number, set up the operator dashboard, and onboard your garage team — all in one day.
How many operators can we have?
Unlimited. Add as many team members as you need with different roles (Owner, Manager, Operator). Each gets their own login for the dashboard and iOS app.
Does it work with our existing POS system?
We're building direct integrations with major garage POS systems including FlashParking, PARCS, Amano McGann, and others. Contact us for early access.
For Hotels
How does Parkfetch work for hotel valet?
Guests receive the valet number at check-in. When ready to leave, they text their ticket number or car description. The valet team gets an instant notification and brings the car around. Guests get a confirmation text.
Do guests need to download anything?
No. It works via standard text messaging. Every guest can use it regardless of phone type. No app, no WiFi, no login.
Can we customize the messaging?
Yes. Each property gets a dedicated phone number and the reply messages include your property name. We can customize the experience to match your brand.
Technical
What date and time formats does it understand?
Parkfetch understands natural language: 'tomorrow at 2pm', 'Friday morning', '05/22 at 3pm', '05.22.26', 'afternoon 3', 'tonight', and more. You don't need to use any specific format.
What happens if I text the wrong format?
The AI will ask clarifying questions. If it can't determine your car number, it'll ask 'What is your car number?' If it can't determine the time, it'll ask for that too.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I stop receiving texts?
Reply STOP to any Parkfetch message to opt out. You can opt back in anytime by texting START.
